Wright Touch Spa Cancellation & Package Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To protect that time and provide each client with intentional, unhurried care, the following policies apply to all appointments and Care Series. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. No Call / No Show If you miss your appointment without contacting Wright Touch Spa, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled. True emergencies may be considered individually at my discretion. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time so you can receive the full benefit of your reserved session. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to respect the next client’s appointment time. The full scheduled service price will still apply. If there is not enough time remaining to safely or appropriately complete your session, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation. Care Series & Package Purchases Care Series are designed to support consistent wellness and are offered at a preferred package rate for clients who commit to ongoing care. All Care Series and package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Package sessions must be used within the following timeframes: - 3-session Care Series: valid for 4 months from the date of purchase - 6-session Care Series: valid for 6 months from the date of purchase Unused sessions expire at the end of the stated validity period and do not carry forward. Package appointments are subject to the same cancellation policy as individual appointments. If you cancel or reschedule a package appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, that session will be deducted from your remaining package balance. A no-call/no-show will also result in the scheduled session being deducted from your package balance. Care Series and package sessions may not be shared, transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, combined with other discounts or promotions, or applied to previously completed services. Clients who wish to continue care after completing a series may purchase another Care Series at the current published rate. Pricing Current published pricing applies to all clients. Wright Touch Spa does not offer unpublished, negotiated, or individual pricing outside of clearly listed Care Series or advertised promotions. Prices, services, and package offerings may change as the practice evolves. Reasonable notice will be provided when changes affect existing clients. Appointment Expectations Each appointment is intentionally scheduled with dedicated time and space for your care. Clients are responsible for reviewing appointment confirmations, scheduled times, and applicable policies before their visit. By booking an appointment or purchasing a Care Series, you acknowledge and agree to the policies above.
